After being referred to Petal641 while looking to send flowers to a close friend who is expecting any day, I browsed their website and selected the Garden Rose Bouquet. I called to request a few personal touches and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Cari. After explaining that my friend has a very earthy style, we discussed a few ideas, and I ultimately gave her “artist’s choice” to create something warm, unique, and comforting. On the day of delivery, Fairfield was hit with a snowstorm that caused delays. Even though I assured Cari there was no rush and next-day delivery would be perfectly fine, she went above and beyond and personally delivered the arrangement that same day. My friend was absolutely blown away and said, “I’ve never seen such a beautiful arrangement.” Even more impressive, Cari thoughtfully included hellebores—one of my friend’s favorite flowers. Super simple ordering experience, showed up first thing the day I requested delivery. My mother loooved her birthday flowers. 10/10 will order from Petal again.
